Jonathan Suard

Jonathan has over 15 years of experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. He specializes in agile organizational development practices. Over the past 8 years, he has contributed to the transformation of a large number of organizations, from cooperatives, start-ups to very large governmental organizations. Embracing the complexity of organizations and the individuals who make them up, his practice revolves around very solid foundations in organizational management and support in the form of individual and team coaching.

In addition to his consulting activities, Jonathan has been volunteering since 2015 for mentoring at Futurpreneur Canada and occasionally group coaching for the Cilex incubator in Gatineau.

Jonathan holds an executive MBA from UQAM as well as that from Paris Dauphine in France, putting people at the heart of organizational management. This management training is complemented by numerous certifications in Agile practices and an engineering degree in information technology and more than 10 years' experience in the adoption of collaboration tools.
