Created in 1975 by the grouping of several associations committed to meeting the specific needs of immigrants and refugees, the Maison Internationale de la Rive-Sud (MIRS) has established itself as a key player in the field of socio-economic integration of these new citizens. She is often called upon for her expertise, participates in several round tables and sits on numerous advisory committees.
We accompanied the MIRS (board of directors, management and team) in determining its needs for a physical space suitable for its current and future activities: We undertook an analysis of the real estate market on the South Shore of Montreal, as much as a commercial point of view than an institutional point of view (federal and provincial government, municipalities, school boards, bishopric, etc.), and developed a pro/con analysis grid to support the choice of the board of directors, both from the point of view of rental and purchase potential, and in terms of alignment with strategic objectives (in terms of impact and financial feasibility). As a result, MIRS was able to find, purchase and renovate a new building which they now occupy.
Rigueur, professionnalisme et disponibilité caractérisent l'équipe de la Coop Interface. Par vos conseils avisés, vos idées et vos ressources, vous apportez une valeur ajoutée indéniable aux projets de la communauté.
